SII researches regional and property sector markets, identifies investment opportunities and manages asset performance. SII implements its parent company's investment process by cooperating with the Kuwait Head Office in identifying, analyzing, structuring, managing and selling private and public market real estate assets.

SII manages both pooled investment funds and institutional client accounts. Additionally, SII provides investors with tax and legal planning advice to effectively manage tax liability exposure.
