Mishaal Habeeb (Chairman & Managing Director)

Mr. Mishaal Habeeb joined Strategia in 2011 as a Chairman & Managing Director, where he will play an instrumental role in the company’s growth plans moving forward. He has an extensive experience in the Investment & Financial field which exceeds 18 years.

Mishaal started his career with KFTCIC as an Investment & Computer Analyst and then he moved in 1996 to Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (KSC) as a Senior Credit Officer. In 2002 he joined the Corporate Banking Group in Burgan Bank (SAK) as a Senior Relationship Manager and thereafter in 2004 he moved to Industrial Financial & Investment Co. (KSCC) as a Direct Investment Manager where he achieved many targets such as undertaken intensive analysis on any investment opportunity in the local and international markets and restructuring the investment portfolio.

From 2005 to 2007, he was an Investment Manager in Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (KSC). After that, he joined KIPCO Asset Management Company KSC (KAMCO) as a Head of Treasury Division where he was in charge of all treasury transactions in addition to his membership at KIPCO Holding ALCO Committee. Prior to joining Strategia, Mishaal was the Founder & CEO of Al Qurain Project & Financial Company.

Mr. Habeeb holds a Diploma in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kuwait University. He has also completed the Intensive Credit Program in 1998 and the Harvard Executive Program for Leadership Development in 2007.

Mr. Habeeb also serves as a Guest Speaker for Credit Certificate Program (Marketing Module) of the Institute of Banking Studies since year 2000 and up to date.
